Obituary of Sue Hettenga
HETTENGA, Suzanna “Sue” (nee Bos) passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 26th 2019 at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in her 88th year. Sue is predeceased by her loving husband Walter, (1998). Sue will be deeply missed by her children, Annette (Steve), Maggie (Frank), and Tayvis (Lisa), grand children Matthew (Chrissie), Andrew (Andrea), Aaron, Suzanna (Blake), Melissa (Jonathon), and Jenna (Nick) as well as 7 great Grandchildren that she adored! Also deeply missed by her best friend and dedicated companion Linda Dick. A special thank you to Linda from the family for her loving care and friendship. We would also like to thank the staff at Grandview Lodge, Creekview for their wonderful care during her stay there. An open house/celebration of life will be held at Julia’s Bistro, 217 Niagara St, Dunnville on November 10th from 1:00 to 3:00. If so desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.ballardminorfh.ca.
