Obituary for Robert George "Rob" Jones
It is with great sadness that the family of Robert George Jones, announces his sudden passing at his home on April 6th 2020. Rob had just celebrated his 68th birthday in March. He will be loved and remembered for the beautiful human being that he is.
Beloved father of Alison Jones (Brendan Hand) and Andrea Jones. Loving grandfather to Cordelia and Delilah Jones-Hand. Cherished brother of Deborah (Bruce) Whale and Douglas Jones. Loved long time spouse Irene Tecchi. Regarded former wife Norma Jones (nee. Tiffin). Rob is predeceased by his parents George and Thelma Jones (nee. Sherren).
In keeping with Rob's wishes, cremation has taken place with a memorial to be held at a later date.
In these challenging times we won’t be able to grieve and reminisce together. In lieu of this we are asking everyone to share a message, fond memories, and pictures here. Even though we are forced to grieve separately, we are united by the love and friendship he gave us all.
