Pat peacefully passed away at Columbia Forest LTC in Waterloo on Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, at 92 years young. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Tony. Loving mother of Drs. David and Lyn, and Dr. Steven and Barbara. Cherished grandmother of Keith, Tara, Dan (Alex), and Chrissy (Sean). Great grandmother (GG) to Ian and Elisha. Dear sister of David (Hilary) Cutts. She will be sadly missed by her niece Sharon (Karen) and nephew Andrew. A memorial service will be held on Thursday May 5, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the Grace United Church, 301 Broad St E, Dunnville, ON N1A 2X5. Inurnment Woodlawn Cemetery, Dunnville.
