Obituary for Marvin Lawrence Pyle
It is with great sadness that Marvin's family announces his passing at home with family by his side on December 27, 2020 at 86 years of age.
Back in the loving arms of his wife Bernice (nee Downey)(2017). Dear father of John (Jennifer), Jim (late Kimberly) and Walter (Tabatha). Cherished grandfather of Brian (Moreen), Jeff (Charlotte), Adrien, Dacoda (Melanie), Ian (Mallory), Shawn and Brittany. Loving great grandfather of many and was soon to be the great great grandfather of a special wee one.
Marvin was the beloved brother of Doris Kriter, Graydon (Eileen) Pyle, Mary Ellen (Larry) Page, Glen Pyle and brother in law of Angela Pyle and Ethel Pyle
Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Edna Pyle (nee Lindsay). and Siblings Lillian (George) Barns, Thomas "Murray" (Betty) Pyle, James "Herbert" Pyle, Ken (Ellen) Pyle, Orval Pyle, Clark Pyle, Stan Pyle and brother in law Elmer Kriter.
Marvin was a strong, loving man, who taught his family that through hard work and perseverance any challenge could be overcome and every dream could be achieved. He will be fondly remember but greatly missed by all who knew him.
A private family visitation will be held at Ballard Minor Funeral Home, with a private family interment. In memory of Marvin, donations to Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated by the family.
