Passed away peacefully at Bella Senior Care Residence, Niagara Falls, Ontario on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at age 101. Wife of the late (2003) Herman Dasselaar. Mother of the late Patricia (late Michael) Begin, Sara (Jack) Gallagher, Christine (David) Wayman and stepson John Dasselaar. Grandmother of the late Todd Eldridge, Matthew (Nicole) Begin, Christine (Peter) Shanley, Sheila (Joseph) Georger, Mary Skinner, David (Marie-Eve) Simmons, Jr., and Martha Simmons. Great grandmother of Nathan and Nina Shanley, Elizabeth (John) Bailey, Alexis Begin, Nicholas and Ava Georger, and Jasper, Maggie and Leah Skinner. Daughter of the late Frank Carlyle and Marion Fraser Macnab Millard. Sister of the late Joan (late Roger) Broad and late James (late Joan) Millard. The family will receive friends at BALLARD MINOR FUNERAL HOME, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 10-11 am, followed by a service at Faith Lutheran Church, 1308 Highway 3 East, Dunnville at 11:30 am, followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Dunnville. Masks and physical distancing are required at all times at Ballard Minor Funeral Home and Faith Lutheran Church. Information for contact tracing will be collected.
