It is with hearts full of love that the family of Lila May Harvey (nee Harrison) announce her passing on March 20, 2021 at the Juravinski Cancer Centre, in her 73nd year. Back in the arms of her husband and best friend Harley Harvey. Loving mother of Timothy (Angela) Harvey, Robert (Jennifer) Harvey, Kevin (Mary-Ellen) Harvey, Karen (Joe Roberts). Cherished grandmother of Brooklyn, Mitchell, Weston, Payton, Audrey, Cole, Emmett, Sawyer, Cameron and great grandson Asher. Beloved sister of Carolyn Ottaway, Earle (Mariam) Harrison, Linda Cheryl Tomlinson (Glenn) and sister-in-law Elizabeth McConachie. Lila will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, as well as her best friend Patricia Snively. Predeceased by both parents William and Edna Harrison, brother Lyle, infant sister Rosemarie, sister-in-law Jane and brother-in-law Carl. Lila was a proud member of the Haldimand War Memorial Hospital team, even after her retirement. She enjoyed her time as a volunteer at Edgewater Gardens Long Term Care and a devoted parishioner at the Sherbrook Baptist Church in Lowbanks. Lila will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a private family graveside service on Wednesday March 24th at 11:30a.m. The interment will be livestreamed on the funeral home Facebook page and will be available through the Ballard Minor Funeral Home website as well. Arrangements entrusted to Ballard Minor Funeral Home, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville. In memory of Lila, donations to the Dunnville Hospital and Healthcare Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
