Passed away peacefully on Friday November 25, 2022 at the age of 51. Loving father of Brandon, Zack and Jed. Cherished son of Jack and Margaret. Beloved brother of Shelley (Chad Johnston). Uncle of Hayden, Caleb and Josh. Grandson of Ken (late Ethel) Austin and the late Grant and Doris Ellis. Jason will be dearly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends at Ballard Minor Funeral Home, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville on Wednesday November 30th 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday December 1st at 1 p.m. Interment Dunn United Cemetery. If so desired, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
