Obituary for Jacquelyn Alice McKay

McKay, Jacquelyn Alice
Of Crystal Beach passed away at her brother Dan’s home in Dunnville, Ontario on Saturday February 13, 2021 at the Age of 70. Beloved daughter of Mildred (McKay) Crumb and her late husband Dan (2014). Predeceased by her father John (Jack) Last. Loving and always supportive sister of Dan McKay, Donna (Joe) Azzopardi, Russell (Vicki) Crumb, Bill (Loa) Crumb, Patty Carter and Cheryl (Ron) McGuire. Dear aunt of 13 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her grandparents Russell and Amanda McKay. She was a member of her beloved BIC Port Colborne Church Community and always looked forward to the annual fall get away ay Camp Kahquah. Jackie had a 30 year career at Rich Products of Canada in Fort Erie, Ontario. Heartfelt thank you to Pastor Brian Lofthouse for his ongoing support and guidance, her church family for support from volunteer drivers, caring/loving notes, cards, phone calls and visits over the many months, LIHN Nursing of Brant, Grand River Nursing and her brother Dan for providing a calming environment over these many months. Family will receive friends at the Ballard Minor Funeral Home, 315 Broad Street E, Dunnville on Tuesday February 16th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Those wishing to attend the visitation must RSVP through the funeral home website. Please arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes prior to the chosen visitation time and speak to a parking attendant. Masks are required at all times when in the funeral home. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family funeral will take place on Wednesday February 17th at 11 am. The funeral service will be livestreamed on the funeral home Facebook page and will also be available from the funeral home website for those wishing to join with and support the family in this way.
