It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Helen Elizabeth Pyle on Wednesday, June 1st at Nithview Community Homes, Long Term Care in New Hamburg, in her 102nd year. Predeceased by Husband George Reginald Pyle (Dec. 17th, 1966). Survived by sister Tillie Vloet (John Deceased). Helen is leaving behind devoted son George Pyle (Judy), 3 grandchildren Greg Pyle (Laurie), Sherry Lynn Pyle (Tim Victor), Andrew Smisko (Nadia), 4 step grandchildren Lynn Bonnar (Ken Jennings), Kathy Schumann (Ernst), Kim Yost (Albert), Karen Downey (Rowland Levy), 4 Great Grandchildren Tyler Pyle, David Pyle (Katie), Sidney & Dean Smisko, 9 Step Great Grandchildren Josh Wey (Brie), Nathan Bonnar, Brad Yost (Kelsey), Kyle Yost, Zach Downey (Kelly Poetker), Cassandra Downey (Kyle Miller), Shantel Tryon (Tom), Rachel Schumann (Matt Piche), Lyndsay Schumann (Steve Henry), 2 Great Great Grandchildren Logan Pyle, Benjamin Pyle, 8 Great Great Step Grandchildren Bishop & Rowyn Wey, Carter and Quinn Tryon, Emerson and Aden Yost, Sawyer Piche, Arwen Henry. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Puhl, her daughter Barbara Smisko ( 2012), siblings Margaret (Paul Torok), John Puhl (Hazel), Elmer Puhl (Doreen), Ernest Puhl (Barbara), Frank Puhl and Pauline (Russell Liniborn)
Helen will be resting at the Ballard Minor Funeral Home 315 Broad Street East, in Dunnville, Ontario
Visitation Tuesday, June 7th at noon to 2PM. Service at 2PM. Interment Riverside Cemetery Dunnville at 3PM
