Obituary for Eileen Marjorie Traver (Bossert)
It is will heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Eileen Marjorie Traver, who passed away peacefully at Grandview Lodge on Thursday September 9, 2021 in her 94th year. Back in the arms of her loving husband Howard Traver (2019). Beloved mother of Ken Traver (Karen nee Coverdale) and Rosemary (Tim Lambert). Eileen is the cherished grandmother of Shannon (Chuck Grimme) , Megan Traver, Reg Traver (Katie), Andy Traver (Amber), Rebekah (Scott Leonard), Melissa ( Henry Dykstra), Joe (Jessica O’Quinn) Lambert. and great grandmother to fourteen great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by her sister in law Jean Bossert of Port Colborne. Eileen is predeceased by her parents Fredrick and Elizabeth Bossert (nee. Sider). A special thank you to Grandview Lodge for their care and compassion for mom during her time there.
A brief service for Eileen will take place on Monday September 13, 2021, at Zion Cemetery at 2pm. In memory of Eileen, donations to Grandview Lodge Bridgeview would be appreciated by the family. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Ballard Minor Funeral Home, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville, Ontario.
