It is with heavy hearts that the family of Edna Alice Boyes (nee Collard) announces her passing on Monday April 26, 2021 in her 71st year at the NHS St. Catharines Site. Back in the loving arms of her husband Paul Boyes (1995), parents Archie (1987) and Alice (2019) Collard (Broughton), and siblings Harold Collard, Nancy Collard and Baby Ann Collard. Cherished mother of Cindy (Richard Anderson). Beloved grandmother of Rebecca Anderson and Scott Anderson (Chelsea). Edna was the loving sister of Gerald (Gisele) Collard, Pearl Collard, Carolyn Beck, Muriel Murtaugh, Rick Collard (Susan). Edna will be fondly remembered by good friends Mark and Rose Cichocki and Jesse Shute and Julie Cichocki and the members and friends of the Wainfleet BIC Church.
A private visitation will be held on Thursday April 29 at Ballard Minor Funeral Chapel, 315 Broad Street East, Dunnville. A private interment will take place at Maple Lawn Cemetery on Friday, April 30 at 11am. Edna's family askes that you join them online as the interment will be live-streamed on the Ballard Minor Funeral Home Website and Facebook Page. In memory of Edna, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and MS Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
